Disney On Ice presents Jump In! is coming to Mohegan Arena in Wilkes-Barre from January 8–11 with an all-new show featuring never-before-seen characters!

Mickey and friends lead the way in this brand-new musical adventure through cherished Disney stories from the island of Motunui to the bustling city of Zootopia. Sail “Beyond” with Moana, solve a case with Judy Hopps, explore Casa Madrigal with Mirabel, and discover a new emotion with Joy and her crew. Plus, don’t miss what happens when Stitch grabs the MousePad!

Featuring more than 50 beloved Disney characters from Zootopia, Moana 2, Inside Out 2, Toy Story, Frozen, Encanto, and beloved Disney Princesses, Jump In! is the most interactive Disney On Ice production yet — an action-packed journey through over a dozen Disney stories, all led by Mickey and pals using a Magical MousePad!

TIMING YOUR TRIP/DIRECTIONS

  • Parking lot opens approximately 2 hours prior to show start time
  • Gates open at approximately one hour prior to show start time (subject to change - the show will determine when doors are permitted to open)
  • DJ Preshow Party will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to show start time
  • Event duration is approximately 1 Hour and 45 Minutes, including a 20-minute intermission

EVENT PARKING

  • General parking is $10 and is cash/credit card/mobile pay upon arrival.
  • Rideshare guests must enter the parking lot at the Highland Park Blvd. entrance
    • Please follow the direction of our parking staff to be dropped off and for pickup instructions after the event.
  • The Highland Park Blvd. entrance will be the only entrance open for this event
    • Highland Park Blvd. is best accessible from Exit 168 on Interstate 81
    • The Mundy St. entrance is closed for this event
  • Guests with VIP Parking/Reserved parking passes must use the Highland Park Blvd. entrance.  Please keep to the left as you enter the parking lot.
  • A limited number of ADA parking spaces are available in the General and VIP Parking lots. ADA parking is not available in the Reserved lot.

VIP MAGICAL PASS

  • Premium Reserved Seats: Some of the best views of the show can be experienced from your premium reserved seats. Get ready to experience all the magic of the show with a spectacular view.
  • VIP Venue Entrance: VIP Magical Pass guests are asked to enter the venue at the West Gate Entrance for the most direct route to the premium experience. 
  • Character Greeting: Arrive an hour early because you won’t want to miss a special character greeting with one of the stars of the show! Bring your personal device to capture the magic. The character greeting will start 45 minutes before the show and conclude promptly 15 minutes before show time.
  • VIP Lanyard: A unique keepsake lanyard will help commemorate your very special experience at Disney On Ice with your family. You will EACH receive your VIP lanyard onsite at the venue on the day of the show at the designated VIP location.
Additional Information:
  • VIP Magical Pass Packages CANNOT BE RESOLD OR TRANSFERRED
  • Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must EACH have a VIP Magical Pass Package show ticket to attend. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • VIP Magical Pass information will be emailed out AT LEAST 5 DAYS before the day of the show.
  • Character greeting included with VIP Magical Pass starts 45 minutes before the show. They will conclude promptly 15 minutes before show time.
  • You will EACH receive your VIP lanyard onsite at the venue on the day of the show at the designated VIP location.

TAILGATING POLICY

  • Patrons arriving early may not use additional parking spaces for tailgating
  • Portable restrooms are NOT available outside of the venue
  • Guests may not access the restrooms inside of the arena until doors open for the event

BOX OFFICE AND TICKETING

  • For guests picking up their tickets, the NBT Bank Box Office (located at the East Gate Entrance) is open starting at least 2 hours prior to the start of the event
  • Guests must pickup any Will Call tickets before going through security
  • Guests with mobile tickets should have them pulled up on their device after going through security
  • Guests are encouraged to save their tickets in their "mobile wallet" on their Apple or Android devices before arriving at the venue
  • Guests with mobile tickets should check their accounts before arriving at the venue to ensure the tickets are in your account. Anyone that does not have their tickets in their account should contact Ticketmaster directly.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

Fans are encouraged to limit the number of items they bring with them to the arena. They will be permitted to carry one (1) of the following style and size bags into the venue:
  • Bags that are clear on all sides that are plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12”
    • Backpacks, fanny packs and cross body bags that are clear are permitted as long as they meet the size requirements listed above and are translucent (any compartments of said bag that are not see-through result in the bag not being permitted)
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand but not larger than 4″ x 6″, with or without a handle/strap. This small clutch bag may be carried into the arena along with one of the clear bag options.
  • Diaper bags are permitted with infant supplies when an infant is present.
  • Soft sling infant carriers are permitted, but any zipper compartments must be empty and are subject to inspection upon arrival. Infant must be present with the carrier.
  • An exception can be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Please contact Guest Services for more information at Questions@MoheganArenaPA.com prior to arrival.
  • Any item that is not approved for entry must be returned to the guest vehicle as the venue is not responsible for any items left at security or with Guest Services.

SECURITY

Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza and Legends Global reserve the right to inspect and search all guests entering the Arena.

Legends Global reserves the right to employ metal detection devices as necessary to promote a safe environment for guests, performers and employees.

Guests entering the Arena for an event must enter through the West or East Gate, where guests will pass through outdoor metal detectors or may request a manual pat-down as warranted for medical concerns. Media personnel must enter through a designated press entrance at the West Gate.

  • No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the venue.
  • Strollers/car seats are not permitted.
  • Keys, cell phones, wallets, loose change and any metal objects should be removed from a guest's pockets and placed into the security bins before passing through the metal detectors.
  • Guests should present any clear bags or bags containing medical items to security for inspection before going through the metal detectors.
  • Compact umbrellas are allowed in the venue (under 12 inches when compacted). No golf umbrellas or umbrellas with a pointed edge are permitted. Guests must walk through the metal detectors with the umbrella and it is subject to inspection.
  • Any other comfort items, such as blankets, seats cushions, children's plush toys, etc. should be carried through the metal detector and are subject to inspection.

    • Items are subject to approval per show policy.
  • No body paint or noisemakers/horns/permitted.
  • Guests that are visibly intoxicated upon security checkpoints may be denied entry.

The following items are NOT permitted inside the venue:

  • Backpacks that are non-translucent or clear backpacks that exceed 12"x12"x6"
  • Fanny Packs that are non-translucent or clear fanny packs that exceed 12"x12"x6"
  • Purses/Cross body bags that are non-translucent or clear purses/cross body bags that exceed 12"x12"x6"
  • Belt bags that are non-translucent or belt bags that exceed 12"x12"x6
  • String Bags
  • Messenger Bags

MOHEGAN ARENA IS A CASHLESS VENUE FOR CONCESSIONS

  • As part of our commitment to a contactless guest experience, all concessions and merchandise purchases inside Mohegan Arena are now cashless transactions
  • We accept all major credit cards/debit cards and mobile pay
  • For guests without credit/debit cards, please purchase a pre-paid gift card before arriving at the venue to utilize for concessions and merchandise transactions at the event
  • Mohegan Arena accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

Policy may vary for vendors associated with the show and not an arena vendor.

  • If you do not have a credit card, please purchase a Visa/Mastercard gift card from a local retailer to use at the venue
  • Certain concessions items, such as sippers, branded items, popcorn, sno cones & cotton candy are sold exclusively by the tour. Pricing for these items are solely at the tour's discretion.

MOBILE ORDERING FOR CONCESSIONS

  • Mobile ordering now available for Chickie's & Pete's (Section 114) and Center Ice Grill (Section 104)

VENUE TEMPS

  • Venue temps may fluctuate depending on your seating location. Venue temps are generally set between 66-70 degrees.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • Anyone that has reached their 2nd birthday is required to have a ticket for this event
  • Strollers/car seats are not permitted unless the stroller is being used in ADA section and would require a ticket for the stroller (row S in the 100 seating level)
  • Food/formula is permitted for infants but must adhere to the venue's clear bag policy and is subject to inspection upon arrival at the security gates
  • Soft sling infant carriers are permitted, but any zipper compartments must be empty and are subject to inspection upon arrival.
  • Diaper bags are permitted with infant supplies when an infant is present.

SENSORY ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Archie’s Sensory Program is collaborative program developed on behalf of the Misericordia University Occupational Therapy Department and Mohegan Arena.
  • Archie’s Sensory Program, named for the beloved Misericordia University mascot, consists of a three-tiered, sensory services program consisting of Archie’s Sensory Stories, Archie’s Sensory Library and Archie’s Den.

LACTATION ROOM

  • For guests requiring a private space for breast-pumping or breast-feeding, please see our Guest Relations kiosk behind section 110 for information on accessing this room.
  • Bags containing supplies for infants or medical services are permitted but are subject to inspection. 

ADDITIONAL VENUE RULES & REGULATIONS

The following is a list of general guest policies that will be enforced. These policies will be upheld regardless of the type of event. Any change to these policies must be cleared through the Arena General Manager.

  • Each guest entering the Arena for any type of ticketed event must have a ticket or the proper event credentials. Guests who experience a problem with their tickets (i.e., lost or stolen tickets, etc.) should be directed to the Box Office.
  • Loitering in or near the Arena Ticket Office lobby is prohibited. Only those persons with the intent to attend the event or buy tickets to an event may stand in the lobby.
  • Tickets for Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza events are sold at the NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Arena or via the internet at Ticketmaster.com or authorized merchants (such as Groupon and Goldstar). Tickets purchased by any other means are not recommended or guaranteed. The resale of tickets on Arena Property is strictly forbidden.
  • For your safety, we require all guests in attendance to wear appropriate clothing attire including shoes. Legends Global Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests wearing garments displaying offensive or inappropriate text and/or images.
  • Everyone must sit/stand in the location that matches the seat, section, row and number that is on their ticket, unless the event is General Admission.
  • Only one person is allowed to occupy a chair at a time, except for children under 2.
  • Standing on chairs, sitting on seat backs, and placing feet on chair backs is prohibited.
  • Standing in the aisles, accessible platforms, vomitories or other restricted areas while an event is in progress is prohibited.
  • Only guests 21 years of age or older may purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in the Arena.
  • Guests, promoters, licensee, etc. may not sell any type of food, candy, beverages, tobacco products, souvenirs, toys, or programs in or on the Arena property. Only concessionaires contracted by or through Legends Global may sell food in and on the Arena property. Each employee doing so must wear the proper identification while selling.
  • Any guest caught defacing, damaging, or destroying Arena property or grounds will be brought to the immediate attention of an Event Staff Supervisor, manager or law enforcement official.
  • Guests wishing to demonstrate at Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza should call (570) 970-7600 for details and policies.
  • Mohegan Arena is a smoke-free facility. To access the designated smoking area once inside an event at Mohegan Arena, please go to the "Smoking Entrance" located near the West Gate Entrance.
  • General Guest Policies at the Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza can be adjusted at any time under the direction of Management.
