Tickets to Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza events can be purchased in person at the NBT Bank Box Office or via Ticketmaster or AXS depending on the ticketing platform for the event.
The NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Arena is located next to the venue’s East Gate Entrance.
THE NBT Bank Box Office Summer Hours begin Monday, May 26th, 2025 and will be as follows:
- Monday - Closed
- Tuesday - 10:00AM - 2:00PM
- Wednesday - 10:00AM - 2:00PM
- Thursday - 10:00AM - 2:00PM
- Friday - Closed
- Saturday - Closed
- Sunday - Closed
The NBT Bank Box Office In-Season Hours of Operation (generally Labor Day to Memorial Day):
- Monday - 10:00AM - 4:00PM
- Tuesday - 10:00AM - 4:00PM
- Wednesday - 10:00AM - 4:00PM
- Thursday - 10:00AM - 4:00PM
- Friday - 10:00AM - 4:00PM
- Saturday - Closed

For events that start before 12pm on a weekend, the Box Office will generally open 2 hours prior to the event start time.
The Box Office will open at 12pm on a weekend event day for events that start at 2pm or later (subject to change per event).
On event days, the Box Office will generally remain open until the intermission of the event.
Box Office hours are subject to change by week without notice.
